We created a lifestyle brand for NGX, starting with the brand strategy to create their new logo, packaging, DNA home test kit, imagery and design assets. We also worked up an optimised website with easy navigation and UX across content strategy, website wireframes, design and build. We created a campaign framework, translating the key business objective to show investors traction through consumer acquisition into a marketing strategy and campaign plan centred around an insight driven idea. Key metrics were set to test, learn and optimise in campaign.
We worked with Oser to build the foundations of our new direct-to-consumer brand, with a tight launch schedule, limited resources and experience of developing a B2C brand and very little in the way of established brand strategy, plans or creative assets. Oser helped us to forge the core pillars of our brand strategy and then rapidly moved us through creative execution. Throughout the process Laura challenged us all to deliver excellence - even when the going got tough and multiple paths of lesser resistance were available to take.
