We worked on a number of Paid Social campaigns for Williams Handbaked working closely with the CEO and Head of Design. We created a customer acquisition campaign across Facebook and Instagram to drive brand awareness as well as a re-targeting campaign to increase sales conversion. Our 2021 Halloween campaign generated a 6.5% CTR (industry average 0.89%) and a ROAS of 470% and our 2021 Christmas campaign had a 10% average CTR (industry average 3.1%) with a ROAS of 790%.
We started working with Oser in 2020 to trial paid social as a revenue driver for the business at a time when wholesale was pretty much closed due to the pandemic. We were super happy with the results, over-hitting our most ambitious targets with our Christmas campaign in 2020 and now have an always on approach to paid working strategically with the team.
