The Auction Collective, a fast-growing tech platform revolutionising art and charity auctions, partnered with OSER following a recent investment round. Initially briefed to develop a tactical social campaign.OSER led a strategic workshop with founder Tom Best to align the business plan, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.
The outcome was a streamlined growth strategy and creative campaign roadmap designed to attract new audiences and expand both corporate and private client services.

BACKGROUND
A tech services platform that helps people and organisations run competitive auctions. This high-growth start-up now offers a platform for auctions and sales for charities and individual artists, providing an alternative to the big auction houses. It’s completed an investment round to launch new software and is expanding its corporate and private client advisory services.
APPROACH
We created a workshop around the business strategy with under-30s founder Tom Best, as well as social media campaign strategy and creative ideas to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
BRIEF
The original brief was to work on a tactical social media campaign, however after an initial discussion the founder decided to start with the business into marketing objectives.
