Background

Luxury biscuits, Eccles cakes & tray bakes by post. Established over 20 years ago, Williams Handbaked has seen dramatic growth in the last 2 years across partner distribution networks and a transition into e-commerce.

Approach

We worked with the new Managing Director on marketing strategy and creative campaigns to test out the e-commerce side of the business with freelancer specialists in advertising creative design & copywriting, and PPC & paid social campaigns, creating new revenue streams.

The client wanted a partner to test out paid advertising across PPC and paid social, to drive sales and open a UK wide e-commerce arm of the business.

Results

20%+ YOY increase in recurring digital revenues and an ‘always on’ approach to paid social from the newly generated revenue stream
