As the business prepared to scale globally, IRIS partnered with OSER to clarify its brand narrative, align leadership around a single strategic direction, and translate that clarity into a launch strategy capable of cutting through at scale.

BACKGROUND
A Series A £5.5m raise to develop its suite of patented products and leveraging decades of research into the effects of sound on the brain; prioritising focus, productivity, and wellness. IRIS dramatically improves how people experience audio, from video meetings to streaming, podcasts to audiobooks. The challenge wasn’t awareness alone - it was ensuring the business could explain why it mattered in a way that travelled across markets, partners and channels.
APPROACH
Our role was not to “run a campaign”, but to clarify the strategic story the campaign needed to tell. We worked closely with the CTO and management team to clarify the brand strategy and business into marketing objectives for the IRIS flow headphones launch. The campaign framework was created, and we quickly moved on to creative strategy and campaign messaging, working in collaboration with creative partners Hot Icarus to deliver multi-channel campaign assets.
BRIEF
Consolidate existing brand thinking into a single, leadership-aligned narrative - and use that clarity to design a global go-to-market strategy that could be executed consistently across partners, channels and markets.
RESULTS
The headphones sold out within 12 weeks of the campaign going live. Red Bull are now teaming up with IRIS to launch a special limited edition of IRIS innovative flow headphones. More importantly, IRIS exited the launch with a clearer brand story, stronger partner confidence, and a platform built for future growth - not just a one-off moment.
