Williams Handbaked, a heritage bakery brand known for its luxury biscuits and tray bakes, partnered with OSER to accelerate its digital growth. Working with the new Managing Director, OSER developed a marketing and creative strategy to test and scale e-commerce performance.
Through targeted PPC and paid social campaigns, the business achieved a 20%+ year-on-year increase in recurring digital revenues and established an ‘always-on’ acquisition model to drive sustained online growth.

BACKGROUND
Luxury biscuits, Eccles cakes & tray bakes by post. Established over 20 years ago, Williams Handbaked has seen dramatic growth in the last 2 years across partner distribution networks and a transition into e-commerce.
APPROACH
We worked with the new Managing Director on marketing strategy and creative campaigns to test out the e-commerce side of the business with freelancer specialists in advertising creative design & copywriting, and PPC & paid social campaigns, creating new revenue streams.

The client wanted a partner to test out paid digital advertising across PPC and paid social, to drive awareness and customer acquisition to gain insights and figure out the CAC.
