Background

High-growth, sustainability-driven e-commerce platform with $2.3m VC investment offering plastic-free and cruelty-free products, made ethically to make people’s daily routines more sustainable at affordable prices.

Approach

We started with a projection of media spend v conversions using industry benchmarks and then worked on A/B testing the creative ad copies to beat the benchmarks and bring down the CPA and CAC.

brief

Grow customer acquisition across the UK and US through digital advertising brand and performance campaigns.

Results

An average CTR of 8% for paid social (industry average: 3.17%) and 2% CTR for PPC (industry average: 0.89%)
