BACKGROUND
Jennie founded Bayley & Sage in 1997, growing it into a premium London retail brand with 12 locations and a rapidly expanding e-commerce operations, from Kensington to Marylebone High Street, plus a recent homeware launch, Abode in Parsons Green and Marylebone and an aggressive e-commerce growth expansion plan for 2023+.
APPROACH
We worked directly with the managing partners to consolidate business thinking and establish a clear three-year growth plan.
This included clarifying the brand’s role across retail and e-commerce, defining success metrics, and aligning marketing strategy to commercial priorities - creating a framework the leadership team could confidently execute against.
