Luxury biscuits, Eccles cakes & tray bakes by post. Established over 20 years ago, Williams Handbaked has seen dramatic growth in the last 2 years across partner distribution networks and a transition into e-commerce.
APPROACH
We worked with the Managing Director to define the role of digital in the wider growth strategy - shaping brand, channel priorities, and performance benchmarks, then orchestrating specialist execution to validate and scale a new revenue stream.
BRIEF
The client wanted a partner to test out paid digital advertising across PPC and paid social, to drive awareness and customer acquisition to gain insights and figure out the CAC.
